Job summary

The Palmettos of Garden City in Murrells Inlet, SC is seeking a Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate team. Under supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide direct and indirect patient care, assist with activities of daily living, and help maintain a safe, clean environment for residents.

• Attend in-service programs, as assigned, to learn procedures and develop skills and meet state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under RN/LPN supervision.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Perform morning care tasks (bed bath, oral hygiene, hair, dressing, linen, room tidying).
• Perform evening care (hands/face wash, oral hygiene, linen changes, room tidy).
• Assist in admission, transfer and discharge procedures.
