Job summary

LADYS CARE SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a compassionate CNA/Caregiver to join our growing team in Nashville, TN and surrounding areas. This role offers rewarding hands-on care in a home-based setting, focusing on dignity and independence for clients.

You will work closely with a care team to monitor health, assist with ADLs, provide companionship, and ensure a safe, comfortable living environment for clients in the Nashville area.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification or documented caregiver experience.
• Tennessee CNA license preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Compassion, patience, and client-centered approach.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients.
• Reliable transportation to Nashville area client locations.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor and record vitals and overall well-being.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, hydration and nutrition.
• Support mobility and safe transfers with assistive devices.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment for clients.
• Communicate with care team regarding client needs or changes in condition.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and record patient vitals, health changes, and overall well-being
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition and hydration
• Support mobility and safe transfers, including use of assistive devices
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for clients
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and care team regarding client needs and changes in condition

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification or Caregiver experience in a home care or clinical setting
• Valid Tennessee CNA license preferred or willingness to obtain
• Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-centered approach to care
• Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting, transferring, and repositioning clients
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations in the Nashville area
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
