Job summary

Pearl Nursing Center of Rochester LLC in Rochester, NY is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, and support the nursing team to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $19.25 with a $1.00 shift differential for evening and night shifts, and both part-time and full-time opportunities in a collaborative care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
• Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration) and report any significant changes in condition to the nursing team immediately
• Help patients with range of motion exercises, transferring (bed to wheelchair), and walking to prevent falls
