Job summary

Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox, IL seeks compassionate CNAs to join patient-centered care teams. CNAs support nursing staff, monitor patients, and help ensure high-quality, respectful care across shifts.

We welcome newly certified CNAs and experienced professionals. Full-time and part-time roles are available across Medical-Surgical and other units, with pay $18.65–$22.85 per hour and comprehensive benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois CNA certification and completion of a CNA program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent customer service and ability to care for patients with compassion in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and record vital signs.
• Promptly report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Support patient comfort, mobility, and safety.
• Provide compassionate, patient-focused care.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Adhere to hospital policies, infection control standards, and patient privacy guidelines.
