Job summary

A.G. Rhodes in Georgia is hiring CNAs for our Wesley Woods community. This non-profit employer emphasizes a compassionate, inclusive culture and a strong benefits package.

Full-/part-time roles require every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday, with opportunities to grow in a caring, elder-focused setting. Qualified applicants hold Georgia CNA certification and preferably LTC experience; CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia CNA Certification.
• 1 year experience in LTC/skilled nursing preferred but willing to train newly certified CNAs.
• Experience in a Person-Directed Care community preferred.
• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred.
• Genuine passion for working with elders.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to foster teamwork with fellow LPN and CNA care partners.
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience preferred).
• Strong organization and time management skills.
