CNA ~ Hiring Full Time Positions 7am - 7pm ~ Competitive Salary

We are searching for energetic, compassionate CNAs to join our team at THE COTTAGES at Rockmart. Our campus offers a new culture for skilled nursing REAL HOME, MEANINGFUL LIFE, EMPOWERED STAFFING.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Personal Care: ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming.).
• Communicate/Document: observe, monitor, document resident's vitals and daily mobility and transfer needs in EMR and provide emotional support for residents and families.
• Support Housekeeping/Laundry: help with routine housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Culinary Training: complete SERV Safe training provided. Prepare and serve meals and nutritional snacks per resident preferences. (not all Care Companions cook but all must have certificate)

Qualifications

Applicants MUST be a Certified Nursing Assistant who demonstrates eagerness to be a part of the team as well as work independently. Must also train as a universal worker, offer excellent resident care. Satisfactory completion of background check and preemployment drug screen required.
