Job summary

Terrebonne General Health System seeks staff for the Cardiac Progressive Care Unit to assist in delivering nursing care and collaborate with the care team to maintain standards of care.

The role includes supporting nurses in applying the nursing process and ensuring patient safety in a fast-paced unit.

Qualifications

• Requires successful completion of Nurse Aide Training Program. Maintenance of certification is required.
• RN and LPN Nursing Students: Must have completed basic nursing skills course with clinical experience within their curriculum.
• Post graduate LPN or RN will be eligible to work as a non licensed employee.
• Performing only task delegated to a non licensed nursing employee.

3. Completion of Nurse Aide Training Program or equivalent education in non licensed nursing assistant duties preferred.
