Job summary

MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital in Yakima, WA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 0.9 FTE daily shift with 12-hour rotations and weekends on a rotating basis. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care with a patient-centered approach.

The CNA will support diverse patient populations, promote autonomy and dignity, and maintain a safe environment for patients and families in a collaborative hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State CNA license.
• Current BLS Certification.
• One year experience in physician's office or other medical facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• You will manage basic care activities with a customer service oriented delivery of care to patients
• You will support the delivery of care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds
• You will create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients
