Qualifications

• Current Illinois CNA certification required.
• Compassionate and patient approach to resident care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and nursing instructions.
• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Monitor residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with meals and provide feeding support as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Promote residents' dignity, comfort, independence, and safety.
• Follow infection control procedures and facility policies.
