Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing and able to meet state/federal requirements.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED or ability to read/write and follow commands in English.
• Previous CNA experience or completion of a training course.
• Positive attitude toward elderly.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of licensed personnel.
• Assist in maintaining a positive physical, social and psychological environment for residents.
• Follow care plans and adhere to facility policies.
