Job summary

Vi at Bentley Village in Naples, FL is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time shifts from 7am to 7pm, including every other weekend. You will support licensed care staff with daily living activities, light housekeeping, dining service, and resident comfort.

This role demands compassionate patient care and teamwork within an assisted living environment. Qualifying candidates hold current state CNA certification and prefer experience with geriatric residents.

Qualifications

• Current state certification required.
• Experience with geriatric clients preferred.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/AED certifications required.
• First Aid certification required or must become certified.
• Food handlers certification and Certified Medical Technician/Certified Medication Aide where required.
• Basic computer skills or ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed care staff in performing clinical and technical tasks.
• Assist with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, dining/tray services, and escort services.
• Monitor vital signs and weights; document as needed.
• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities.
• Notify team of changes in residents' condition.

Responsibilities

Certified Nursing Assistant CNA

Full-Time CNA

Assisted Living Facility

Three 12-hour shifts, 7am-7pm including every other weekend

As a CNA you will be responsible for assisting licensed care staff in performing a variety of clinical and technical tasks to assigned residents to include assisting with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, dining / tray services, escort services, performing vital signs and weights and other care related duties as assigned. As part of the care team, you will participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities and notification of resident changes of condition as they occur.

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants are required to possess current state certification and experience is required.
• Prior experience working with geriatric clients is preferred.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Current CPR/Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications are required.
• Current First Aid certification is required or must be willing and able to become First Aid certified.
• Food handlers certification and Certified Medical Technician/Certified Medication Aide certification, where required.
• Basic computer skills or ability to learn.
