Job summary

Marquette Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care Unit. You will assist with activities of daily living, respond to call lights, help with meals, hydration, and transfers under the direction of the Charge Nurse.

This role emphasizes compassionate care and safety in a home-like setting. Qualified candidates will have an Indiana CNA certification and have completed a state-approved CNA program.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana CNA certification.
• Graduate of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Passion for providing exceptional care and service to seniors.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer resident call lights promptly and assist with meals and hydration.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers and safety.
• Support licensed nursing staff and document care as directed by the Charge Nurse.

Marquette is loving for a passionate Certified Nursing Aide to work in our Assisted Living and Memory Care Unit. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists the licensed and nursing staff by performing routine customer service and nursing care tasks appropriate for delegation to a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Your responsibilities will consist of answering resident call lights promptly, assists with obtaining and providing meals, setting up meals, providing hydration, assists with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care, eating, transfers, and other necessary tasks for safety and well-being directed by the Charge Nurse.

Salary Range: $18.00- $22 an hour (pay is based on experience)

Shift: 2PM- 10PM (part-time schedule, rotating weekends are required)
