Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living in Tiverton, RI, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our assisted living team. You will work with residents, provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and help ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all residents.

Base pay is competitive with benefits eligibility based on status. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training to support your career growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
• Certification must be current and maintained.
• Experience providing personal care and assistance with ADLs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dining and personal care needs.
• Check and document vital signs as required.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

• Our Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant-STNA in Ohio) work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care, and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Nursing assistants check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming)
• Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course is required. Must maintain certification.
