Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care to residents at our community. You will work with management to deliver personalized care and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with dining, personal care, and vital sign checks, as well as daily living activities such as showers, bathroom assistance, and grooming.

Qualifications

• Must have completed State CNA/STNA course and maintain certification.
• Experience providing resident care and assisting with daily living activities.
• Ability to work with a team and follow community policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and resident status updates at the start and end of each shift.
• Check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care, and perform vital sign checks.
• Assist with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom, dressing/grooming).
• Maintain CNA certification and comply with state requirements.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

• Our Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant-STNA in Ohio) work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care, and give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Nursing assistants check in with residents, assist with dining and personal care needs, and perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (showers, bathroom assistance, dressing/grooming)
• Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course is required. Must maintain certification.
