Job summary

The Groves Rehab & Healthcare Center is a skilled nursing community focused on clinical excellence and compassionate care for our residents. We are looking for a CNA to join our clinical team, helping maintain high standards of resident care and making a positive impact on patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Certified Nurse Assistant in Missouri.
• Completed COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to vaccinate.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support residents with activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene needs.
• Distribute meal trays and document food/fluid intake.
• Make beds and keep residents’ spaces clean and tidy.
• Perform other tasks involved in daily resident care.
