Job summary

Capital Post-Acute in Sacramento, CA is seeking motivated Certified Nursing Assistants to join our caring team. We provide training for new graduates and growth opportunities for experienced CNAs, with a compassionate, supportive environment and competitive pay.

As a CNA, you will deliver routine daily care, assist with personal needs, monitor residents' health, and ensure safety and comfort. A California CNA license and BLS certification are required to join our dedicated facility.

Qualifications

• California CNA license required.
• Active BLS certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated compassion and attentive care.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care to assigned patients following care plans.
• Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, positioning).
• Support patients with physician-ordered medications that are self-administered.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
• Monitor and report on patients’ health conditions promptly.
