Job summary

Visalia Post Acute in Visalia, CA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team on AM or NOC 12-hour shifts. You will deliver daily nursing care aligned with individualized care plans and facility standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid California CNA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine CNA care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and record vital signs, weights, and intake.
• Report changes in resident condition, injuries, and incidents promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation on flow sheets and charts.
• Support admission, discharge, and transfer procedures.
• Uphold confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Follow infection control and safety policies.
• Maintain clean resident areas and restock supplies.
• Promote dignity and independence for residents.
