Job summary

Senior Helpers is seeking compassionate CNA-qualified caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors in the Norman, OK area. Join a team that values care, growth, and a positive work culture.

Morning, evening, and weekend shifts are available with a hiring bonus and opportunities for advancement. You’ll support clients with daily living activities, safety, and comfort, documenting care and communicating with families and the care team.

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate in-home care and support to clients

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and strong customer service

What We’re Looking For

• Active CNA certification (recommended)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
• A passion for caregiving and service
• Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to grow
