Job summary

Senior Helpers in the Greater Oklahoma City Metro is hiring compassionate in-home caregivers. We offer flexible full-time and part-time assignments with new pay rates, paid training, and a monthly bonus program designed to recognize dedicated care.

You will follow care plans, assist with ADLs, provide personal and companion care, plan meals, perform light housekeeping, and transport clients when needed. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience is helpful.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Current TB test or chest X-ray required.

Responsibilities

• Follow Client Care Plans and instructions.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned.
• Provide personal and companion care, including transfers.
• Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
• Transportation to appointments and activities as needed.

Your duties include:

• Following Client Care Plans

• Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff
