Job summary

3M's Services LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable CNAs to provide high-quality, person-centered care to individuals with IDD and mental health diagnoses in North Carolina. Qualifications

• Active CNA Certification required.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy.
• Ability to lift and transfer individuals as needed.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide total care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Monitor and report changes in an individual’s condition.
• Complete service documentation and medication records if certified.
• Support community outings, appointments, and employment activities.
• Implement ISPs and Behavior Support Plans.
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment.
• Transport individuals as needed.
• Attend trainings and maintain Medicaid/company compliance.
