Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management in Florida is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support an engaging activities program within long-term care and short-term rehabilitation settings. This role emphasizes growth, teamwork, and a clean, efficient workplace, with a leadership team dedicated to staff development and satisfaction.

You will collaborate with the Activities Director, connect with HR about benefits, and tour the facility to understand the opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Clear and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of practice required.
• Prior recreational activities CNA experience a plus, or experience in a Short-Term rehabilitation or Long-Term Care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Activities Director in planning and providing an ongoing program of activities for residents and patients in a long-term care and short-term rehabilitation setting.

Education
