Job summary

Braden River Rehabilitation Center in Bradenton, FL is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our team. You will support the Activities Director by planning and delivering engaging activity programs for residents and patients in long-term care and short-term rehabilitation settings.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and clear communication with residents, families, and staff. A valid CNA license is required, and prior activity-related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Activities Director in planning and providing an ongoing program of activities for residents and patients in a long-term care and short-term rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Clear and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of practice required.
• Prior recreational activities CNA experience a plus, or experience in a Short-Term rehabilitation or Long-Term Care setting.
