SEH Saint Elizabeth Medical Center, Inc. is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for a 6D TCU Heart Failure Telemetry unit at Edgewood Hospital. Schedule is 7P-7A, 36 hours per week, in a 36-bed unit with a supportive nursing team.

Ideal candidates will be state-certified CNAs with CPR certification, English literacy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, Magnet-recognized system focused on compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Certified in the state where work is performed as CNA.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Completion of applicable state CNA courses.
• Successful completion of CNA exam required for certification.
• Not listed on the applicable State Abuse Registry.
• Must have CPR for the professional rescuer.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with activities of daily living.
• Provides patients personal care and comfort.
• Assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for an assigned group of patients.
