Job summary

Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care in a warm, home-like setting. You’ll support residents with daily living activities, follow care plans, and help maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications

• CNAs provide hands-on care to residents.
• CPR certification and CNA credentials are required or preferred.
• At least 1–3 years of CNA experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on ADL assistance to residents.
• Follow individualized care plans for each resident.
• Create a warm, home-like environment for residents.
• Monitor and report changes in health status.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and DHEC-compliant living space.
• Collaborate with nurses, families, and care team.
• Maintain documentation and safety standards.
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
