Job summary

Middleburg Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Weekend Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. You will work closely with RNs, LPNs and the Therapy Team to provide compassionate care and assist with daily living activities.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal care, ambulation, answering call lights, and ensuring dignity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• CNA license/certification required in state of application.
• CPR certification required.
• 18+ years old and weekend availability.
• Passion for resident care and dignity.

Weekend Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
*This position will work every Friday, Saturday, Sunday

How our CNAs make our facility Great:

• Provide personal care to patients/residents, ambulate residents, serve nourishments and between-meal-snacks, and provide personal care to patients/residents.
• Answer call lights and answer questions and respond, giving appropriate care.
• Treat residents with dignity and always observe all residents’ rights and confidentiality.
• Partner with Nurses (RNs and LPNs) and the Therapy Team to deliver the highest level of Personalized Compassionate Care
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a Nurse
• Responsible for assisting nursing in providing resident care
• Other duties as assigned

CNA Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age
• A passion to care for the residents in our community
• Certified in the state where applying or have active/current licensure
• Available to work weekends

License/Certification:

• CNA License (Required)
• CPR Certification (Required)
