Job summary

Highland Place Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Shreveport, LA is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under supervision, promoting comfort, dignity, and safety.

You will assist with personal care, monitor vitals, document observations, and support the care plan, with chances for shift-based pay adds.

This full-time role offers a $600 sign-on bonus and base pay of $15 per hour, with opportunities for experience-based increases.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification from state.
• Maintain CPR Certification.
• High School Graduate or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance to residents.
• Change bed linens and maintain supplies.
• Ambulate and assist with transfers using proper body mechanics.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, and other measurements.
• Observe residents and report changes to Charge Nurse.
• Support plan of care development and input to the nursing team.
