Job summary

Aventura Rehab and Nursing Care Center in North Miami Beach is seeking passionate CNAs to join our team. This CNA position offers an additional $6.00 per hour incentive bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

We provide care for residents in a dedicated skilled nursing setting, with responsibilities including personal care, feeding assistance, and safe handling of medical equipment. Full and part-time shifts across all CNA duties are available.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in Florida is required.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, skin care, toileting, grooming, oral hygiene, and assist with dressing/undressing.
• Assist residents with feeding.
• Record intake and output.
• Weigh and position residents; assist with transfers and turning.
• Operates and uses medical equipment safely.
• Maintain clean and stocked resident rooms; make beds.
• Transport residents and supplies as needed.
• Assist with ambulation and skin assessments; report abnormalities to RN.
• Respond to resident calls and document actions taken.
