Job summary

Regents Park at Aventura in Florida is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for full-time shifts 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am. A $4,000 sign-on bonus is available, paid out starting after 90 days and quarterly in the first year.

CNAs provide basic patient care, assist with daily living activities, monitor vitals, document care, and maintain resident safety and hygiene in a compassionate, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Gives direct care to residents (hygiene, toileting, feeding).
• Measure vital signs (blood pressure, temperature).
• Turn, reposition, and move patients between wheelchairs and beds.
• Assist with meals and feeding.
• Document care before end of shift.
• Ensure safety and monitor residents in common areas.
