Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services seeks an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents’ daily care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene. You will also assist with oral care, document I&O, and support the charge nurse with treatments as needed.

Requirements include an HS diploma or equivalent, CNA registration, and a willingness to work with geriatric patients. Attending training and meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) registration required.
• Willing to care for geriatric patients and have genuine concern for welfare.
• Willing to receive, understand, and follow orders.
• Attend in-service training and staff meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and all ADLs.
• Assist with oral hygiene including denture care.
• Complete patient care records at end of shift (I&O).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Assist charge nurse with resident needs and treatments.
