Job summary

Midtown Oaks Health & Rehab Center in Altoona, PA seeks a Nursing Assistant to provide safe, compassionate care in a skilled nursing facility. You will support residents physically and emotionally per the care plan under supervision.

Full-time and part-time roles are available with a $5,000 FT sign-on and $2,500 PT. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and paid training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within applicable state laws.
• High school diploma or GED or actively enrolled in a high school program.
• HS diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents per the care plan and supervisor directions.
• Attend to residents' physical needs and comfort in the SNF setting.
• Uphold health, sanitary and infection control policies and procedures.
