Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current North Carolina CNA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Monitoring vital signs and accurately documenting resident information.
• Supporting residents during meals while encouraging independence and dignity.
• Observing and reporting changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Providing compassionate emotional support and companionship.
• Collaborating with nurses and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for every resident.
