Anamosa Care Center on Campbell Street is seeking a Full-Time CNA for the 10p-6a shift. You will provide residents with daily living assistance under the supervision of the LPN/RN and per the Nursing Assistant Program standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of state-approved Nursing Assistant Program.
• Current certification and listing on the state Registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct daily living care under supervision.
• Document care and report changes to LPN/RN.
• Assist with dining, bathing, grooming, transfers and mobility.
