Lake Prince Woods in Suffolk, VA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare unit. This Full-Time position offers a 32-hour work week, with 40 hours paid, and a schedule including Fri: 8-hour, Sat/Sun: 12-hour shifts.

As a Healthcare Aide, you will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor changes in condition, document care, and collaborate with nurses to provide resident-centered care in a not-for-profit CCRC setting.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia CNA certification required.
• Graduation from a state-approved CNA training program.
• Minimum 3 months of experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old per labor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Support residents in maintaining independence and quality of life.
• Observe and document changes in resident condition.
• Follow physician orders, care plans, and nursing instructions.
• Provide resident-centered care in accordance with regulations.
• Collaborate with nurses and the care team.
