Qualifications

• Must be certified as a nursing assistant by the state department within four months of date of hire
• Previous nursing facility experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including personal care and vital sign monitoring
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support residents with mobility and transfers
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in mandatory in-service training and education programs
