Job summary

Bridgeview Rehabilitation seeks CNAs for 2nd shift (3:00 pm–11:00 pm) in Bridgeview, IL. The role involves direct and indirect resident care under RN/LPN supervision, including ADL assistance, safety, and documentation.

Second shift offers a higher rate of pay at $15.00/hour with a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Other shifts (1st and 3rd) are also available. A $2,000 new-hire bonus is mentioned with milestone payouts.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Current IL CNA certification.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in admission, transfer and discharge procedures.
• Provide morning and evening resident care and assistance with ADLs.
• Monitor residents, report changes to licensed staff.
• Assist with meals and monitor nutritional intake.
• Maintain resident safety and a clean environment.
• Document care and participate in care conferences.
