Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA certification required.
• Prior experience in long‑term care preferred.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with minimal assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide basic resident care including lifting, transferring, and positioning.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on resident care.
• Assist with feeding, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Promote resident independence and dignity while respecting personal boundaries.
• Participate in resident care conferences and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and services.
