Job summary

Atrium Centers in Marion, KY is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) to join our 101-bed, employee-owned community. You’ll provide resident care per care plans, assist with daily activities, ensure safety, and document vitals.

We offer 12-hour shifts on full-time schedules, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, tuition reimbursement, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive team focused on compassionate care.
