Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with feeding, ambulation, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
• Reinforce patient education and support family members as delegated.
• Collect, report and document direct patient care data.
• Support indirect care: safe environment, transport, and clerical tasks as needed.
• Communicate with hospital staff, physicians, patients, families and visitors.
• May monitor systems and assist with scheduling and record-keeping.
