Qualifications

• Must hold an active Pennsylvania CNA license in good standing.
• CPR certification required (BLS preferred).
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living under supervision of nursing staff.
• Follow state, federal, and local care standards.
• Be part of a long-tenured clinical team and supportive leadership.
