Job summary

Fir Lane Care in Shelton, WA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health, document intake, and support nursing staff during day and evening shifts.

A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with payout in 30 days and quarterly installments. We offer a competitive pay range of $24.00-$29.26 per hour DOE, full benefits including medical, dental, and vision, a 401k plan, life and disability insurance,

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA certification and OBRA registry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations.
• Physical strength and stamina.
• First aid and CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, help residents with personal hygiene, and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift
• Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Document resident food and fluid intake
• Make resident's bed and keep their living areas clean and tidy
• Transport residents within the facility
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed
