Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report health changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Ensure residents receive compassionate and quality care through excellent customer service.
• Support care plan implementation and resident comfort.
