Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care: assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility) and measure/record vital signs with reporting of changes.
• Support & Safety: assist with transferring/positioning to prevent falls; maintain infection control protocols.
• Patient Interaction: provide emotional support and communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Additional Duties: assist with routine tasks as assigned by nursing supervisors.
