• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program and current CNA certification.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Direct Patient Care: Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility) and record vital signs.
• Support & Safety: Aid in transferring and positioning patients; maintain infection control protocols.
• Patient Interaction: Provide emotional support and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team.
• Additional Duties: Assist with routine tasks as assigned by nursing supervisors or other healthcare professionals.
