Job summary

The Palms at Sebring is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our evening shift team from 11PM to 7AM. You will provide direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, monitor health and report changes to the nursing staff.

We value teamwork, infection control, and high-quality resident comfort. Florida CNA license is required; high school diploma or equivalent, and new graduates are welcome to apply.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team at The Palms at Sebring. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care to our residents, ensuring their health, comfort, and well-being during the evening shift (11PM-7AM).

About the Role

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor vital signs, report changes to nursing staff, and implement assigned treatments
• Maintain accurate records and report any concerns or issues to the nursing team
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and respecting resident privacy
• Participate in rounds, reporting and addressing any concerns or issues with the nursing team
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration
