Job summary

Baptist Health & Rehab, a Cassia community, is hiring CNAs to join a dedicated care team in Bismarck, ND. You will assist residents with daily living, participate in care plans, and contribute to a supportive, growth‑minded environment.

Qualifications

• ND Nursing Assistant certification required or currently certified.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living to promote independence.
• Support treatments as delegated by the RN per care plan.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to the RN.
• Document services performed on the charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe residents and report changes in physical or emotional condition to supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
