Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Xenia, Ohio is seeking an compassionate STNA/CNA to join our in-home care team. You will provide personalized care to clients in their homes with weekly pay and flexible scheduling.

Current STNA/CNA certification, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation are required; background checks must be cleared. Experience is preferred, but newer STNAs/CNAs are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Current STNA or CNA certification and active status.
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Dependable and compassionate with strong bedside manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care to clients.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
• Document care provided and communicate with family and supervisory staff.
