Job summary

Cedar Community in Washington County is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a compassionate caregiving team. You’ll assist with daily living activities, support residents’ nutritional needs, and help maintain a warm, dignified living environment.

Shift options include AM, PM, and NOC with competitive pay and generous shift differentials. All staff must be vaccinated against influenza, with exemptions considered; CMS guidelines may affect requirements.

Qualifications

• Active CNA licensure required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine desire to serve residents.

Responsibilities

• Be a Cedar Community Champion by fostering a warm, caring atmosphere for residents and team members.
• Assist with Daily Living Needs including personal hygiene, bathing, oral care, skin and nail care, and hand washing.
• Help Residents Feel at Home by orienting them to their surroundings and ensuring they feel comfortable and welcomed.
• Support Nutritional Needs by serving meals and assisting residents with food and fluid intake as needed.
• Be a Cheerleader & Companion- provide emotional support and encouragement when it’s needed most.
• Work as a Team Player by assisting wherever needed under the direction of the charge nurse.

AM SHIFT: $3,000 Loyalty Bonus!

• AM Shift: +$2.00/hour (Saturday & Sunday)
• PM Shift: +$5.00/hour (Monday-Friday) | +$7.00/hour (Saturday & Sunday)
• NOC Shift: +$4.00/hour (Monday-Friday) | +$6.00/hour (Saturday & Sunday)

20-22 Hourly Wage
