Job summary

Avantara Watertown is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our clinical team on-site. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health changes, and maintain a safe, caring environment.

Qualifications

• As a minimum, an unencumbered SD CNA certificate or SD CNA training completion.
• Prior CNA experience is preferable.
• Willingness to participate in on-site paid training for non-certified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure resident safety.
• Observe changes in residents' condition and report promptly.
• Maintain a safe environment and high standard of care.

As a C.N.A. you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect atAvantara Watertownby performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
