Job summary

Windemere Park Health and Rehabilitation Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for full-time and part-time afternoon shifts. The role focuses on compassionate sub-acute care, daily living activities, and supporting residents to maximize their potential in a secure, modern facility.

You will perform baths, grooming, feeding, positioning, vital signs, and intake/output documentation while maintaining high safety and quality standards and respectful resident care.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate PointClickCare software.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with baths, personal grooming and feeding.
• Turn or reposition residents who are bedridden and monitor vitals.
• Record fluid and meal intake/output and maintain safety and quality care standards.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF a Certified Nurses Aid (CNA)As a Certified Nurses Aid at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, you play a critical role in the care of our residents. You are committed to the highest level of care and responsible for the delivery of resident care (baths, personal grooming, feeding) Turn or reposition residents who are bedridden, take resident's vital signs, and record fluid and meal intake and output. Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, and safety. Strives to incorporate the facility’s goal of quality care in a personal manner with total regard for all our resident’s dignity. You always encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and sincere concern for each of our residents.
