Responsibilities

• Observe residents and report health changes to the nurse.

• Make beds and keep resident spaces clean and safe.
• Transport residents within the facility as needed.
• Turn bedridden residents and provide a comforting environment.
• Support clinical care under supervision.

WeCare Centers at Foltsbrook Care Center, located at 104 North Washington Street, Herkimer, NY, 13350 is actively seeking dedicated CNAs to add to our growing team! Job Duties

• Resident observation.
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Maintaining resident’s personal hygiene, including but not limited to bed bath, shaving, ect.
• Feeding of residents and documenting intake.
• Making resident beds and ensuring resident space is clean and tidy.
• Transporting residents within the facility.
• Turning bedridden residents.
• Provide a caring and compassionate atmosphere for residents and family members.
• Assist with providing clinical care as directed.

Qualifications
